Mandarin Jello Mold

Jello | |
1 small package | orange jello, orange |
1 cup | water, boiling |
1 small can | concentrated orange juice, concentrated |
1 tablespoon | sugar |
2 cans | pineapple, crushed, undrained |
2 small cans | mandarin oranges, drained |
Topping | |
1 cup | milk |
1 package | instant vanilla pudding |
½ pint | whipping cream |
Jello: Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add orange juice, sugar, pineapple, and mandarin oranges. Stir, then allow to set.
Topping: Beat together milk, pudding, and whipping cream until thick. Spread over jello after it has set.
