London Broil

¼ cup | soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | dry sherry |
1 tablespoon | salad oil |
1 tablespoon | ground ginger |
1½ pounds | flank steak |
Mix all ingredients together and pour into large ziploc bag. Score flank steak and place in bag. Marinate meat in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Grill meat, brushing with marinade.
