Pork Tenderloin with Potatoes

    2 lbs.  New potatoes
    1/4 C  melted butter
    2 T  horseradish
    1/2 t  salt
    1/2 t  pepper
Peel 1" strip around center of potato, toss with other ingredients and place on greased rack of broiler pan. Bake at 425 for 20 mins and remove. Stir together:
    1/2 C  fine bread crumbs
1/3 C chopped fresh basil, 3 T chopped fresh basil and 2 T chopped fresh parsley but much less if dried
    3 T  olive oil
      Pepper

Moisten 1 1/2 Lb pork tenderloin with water. Press crumb mixture into pork. Place on rack with potatoes. Bake at 425 for 25 mins or until 160 internal temp.
