Pork Tenderloin with Potatoes

2 lbs. | New potatoes |
1/4 C | melted butter |
2 T | horseradish |
1/2 t | salt |
1/2 t | pepper |
Peel 1" strip around center of potato, toss with other ingredients and place on greased rack of broiler pan. Bake at 425 for 20 mins and remove. Stir together: | |
1/2 C | fine bread crumbs |
1/3 C chopped fresh basil, 3 T chopped fresh basil and 2 T chopped fresh parsley but much less if dried | |
3 T | olive oil |

Moisten 1 1/2 Lb pork tenderloin with water. Press crumb mixture into pork. Place on rack with potatoes. Bake at 425 for 25 mins or until 160 internal temp.
