2 T | unsalted butter |
3 | eggs |
2 T | whipping cream |
2 C | small curd cottage cheese |
1 t | Dijon mustard |
1/2 t | kosher salt |
1/8 t | paprika |
1/8 t | cayenne pepper |
1/3 C | Guyere cheese |
1/4 C | Parmesan |

Beat egg, add rice and cheese
For Quiche
Heat oven to 400. Butter pan and press in crust. Cook meat if necessary. Melt butter and add to beaten eggs and everything else. Cook for 40 mins.
