Lemon rice

2.5 cups | chicken broth |
1 cup | uncooked rice |
1 garlic clove crushed | |
1tbsp | chopped fresh lemon rind |
2 tbsp | dill |
2 tbsp | butter |
Mix broth and garlic in saucepan. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat. Cook on low heat for 20-30 mins until liquid is absorbed. Add lemon rind, dill and butter. Serves 6.
