Key Lime Velvet Cheesecake (With no Crust)

3 8-ounce packages | cream cheese, room temperature |
2 cups | sour cream |
1 cup | sugar |
2 tablespoons | flour |
5 | eggs |
1 teaspoon | vanilla |
3 tablespoons | key lime juice |
2 teaspoons | grated lime peel |

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, lime juice, and lime peel. Beat with mixer for 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour mixture into an ungreased 10-inch springform pan.
Bake at 325?F for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, until a cake tester inserted 1-inch off center comes out clean. Cool cake, then chill it in the refrigerator.
Decorate with whipped cream and thin lime slices.
