Baked Mince and Kidney Beans Pie

| Heat oil or butter. Add onions and brown. Add mince and let it cook. Add crushed black pepper, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 tin tomato purée, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, kidney beans (soaked overnight and then boiled), chopped red chillies, chopped garlic, 1 capsicum, 4 chopped whole red peppers, and 1 teaspoon white vinegar. Put in the oven covered with foil. |
