Potato Sausage Soup | |
1 lb | Scimeca's Hot Sausage |
1 large | Onion |
1 14.5 oz can | Chicken Broth |
6-7 | Potatoes |
Garlic Powder | |
Minced or crushed Garlic to taste, alternative | |
1 Teaspoon | Pepper |
Parsley Flakes | |
Oregano | |
Chopped Chives | |
2 Teaspoons | Butter |
1/2 gal | milk or to desired consistency |
Brown sausage and onion together in non stick pot. Peel potatoes and cook until they are somewhat firm, but will break apart. Drain potatoes and lightly mash leaving some pieces of the potato. Add potatoes to the sausage and onion and all other ingredients except milk. Stir and add milk to thin to soup. Bring to boil to disperse flavors and serve.
