Turkey Chili

| 1 medium | onion |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| 1tbsp | olive oil |
| 1lb. | Turkey sausage |
| 1 | red bell pepper, chopped |
| 11/2cups | chicken broth |
| 1 can | chili beans |
| 1 can | red kidney beans |
| 1 tbsp | chili powder |
| 1 tsp | cumin powder |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 2 tsp | maple syrup |
Sauté onion,garlic, red bell pepper,and olive oil together till onions cooked, add turkey sausage and cook meat completely. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-15 min. Serve with yogurt to taste.
