Aunt Karla's tortellini soup. VERY GOOD

| Tortellini soup | |
| 1 large | onion chopped |
| 2 cloves | garlic minced |
| 1 T | olive oil |
| 3 cans | beef broth., (42 ounces) |
| 1 (12-16 oz ) | mild picante sauce |
| 1 (14-16 oz) can | stewed tomatoes |
| 1 t | basil |
| 1 7 oz. cheese tortellini | |
| Fresh grated cheese | |
Brown onions. Garlic in oil. Add broth, tomatoes,picante , & basil. Boil then add tortellini , simmer 20 minutes ( until tortellini is done). Top with cheese, oysters crackers or bread. Feeds 4-6
