15 Minute Fried Rice

1 tbs | oil |
3 | eggs, beaten |
2 cups | water |
1 pkg. (16 oz.) | frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed |
1/4 cup | soy sauce |
1 | chicken bouillon cube |
2 cups | MINUTE White Rice, uncooked |
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add eggs; cook until set,
stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet.
Add water, veggies, soy sauce and bouillon to skillet; bring to a boil.
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
Stir in eggs and Serve immediately.
