Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cups  frozen shelled edamame, (green soybeans), thawed and cooked
    1 cup  white beans, drained and washed
    1/2  avocado
    1/4 cup  chopped red onion
    1/ 4 cup  chopped fresh cilantro and, or fresh basil
    1/2 cup  rice vinegar, (add more table spoon for as needed)
    2 tablespoons  Vegetable oil
    1 clove  garlic
      salt to taste
      cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Chill and serve with rice crackers or vegetables - voila
