Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

| Brown sugar | |
Cook bacon until limp, drain off grease. Slightly butterfly shrimp to stuff with cheese. Wrap bacon around shrimp. Place in a baking dish, cover with pinapple and sprinkle with a little brown sugar. Broil or bake until shrimp is done and bacon is crispy.
Can also be cooked on the BBQ, using a pineapple habanero dip.
