Baked Pineapple

| 3 | eggs |
| 3/4 cup | sugar |
| 5 slices | white bread |
| 3 tablespoons | flour |
| 1 #2 can | crushed pineapple |
| 1 stick | butter, (melted) |
Beat eggs, flour and sugar together until foamy. Add pineapple and mix well. Pour into buttered baking dish. Top with cubes of bread. Pour butter over top. Bake 40 mind at 400 or until brown. Use 1.5-2 qrt souffle dish.
