Chipotle Lime Vinagrette

| 1/4 c | fresh lime juice |
| 1 clove | minced garlic |
| 1 t | puréed chipotle chiles in adobo sauce |
| 2 T | honey |
| 1/2 t | kosher salt |
| 3/4 c | canola oil |
| 1 c | chopped fresh cilantro- stems and leaves |
Blend in food processor but blend oil in slow steady stream
