Green Peppers

8 large | green peppers |
1 large | onion, sliced |
1 12-ounce can | whole tomatoes, mashed |
¼ cup | olive oil |
½ cup | sugar |
¼ cup | vinegar |
Cut green peppers into strips. Slice onions. Mash tomatoes.
Throw everything into a skillet with olive oil. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until crisp. Add sugar and vinegar. Stir.
