| non-fat milk, alternative | |
| 2 handsful spinach - huge | |
| 1 pint | button mushrooms |
| 3 cloves | galic |
| 1/2 large | onion |
| pepper | |
Chop spinach and onions and mushrooms. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter or olive oil. Dump in pot till spinach wilts.
