Scongelate la pasta brisée e pressandola con il matterello incorporatevi il prezzemolo tritato.
Stendetela a disco e rivestite una tortiera imburrata e infarinata facendola risalire un po&apos; sui bordi.
Bucherellate il fondo con una forchetta in modo che la pasta cuocendo non gonfi.
Sopra modellatevi un foglio di carta da forno e controllate che aderisca bene alle pareti.
Riempite con legumi secchi.
Mettete in forno a 160°C per 15 minuti, spegnete.
Lessate i gamberetti in acqua bollente salata.
In un padella scaldate due cucchiai d&apos;olio con lo spicchio d&apos;aglio e insaporitevi le vongole aggiungendo un po&apos; d&apos;acqua se occorre.
Appena pronte eliminate l&apos;aglio e aggiungete il prezzemolo tritato.
Lavorate la ricotta con le uova sbattute, il sale, il pepe e alla fine, quando ha raggiunto la giusta morbidezza, incorporatevi la panna, le vongole e i gamberetti.
Regolate il sale e il pepe.
Togliete carta e legumi dalla tortiera.
Versatevi il ripieno, distribuitelo aiutandovi con una forchetta, ma senza schiacciarlo.
Decorate la superficie con una griglia di avanzi di pasta.
Cuocete in forno a 180°C per 40 minuti.
