Pão recheado com cebola e azeitona

| 1/2 kg | de farinha de trigo |
| 30g | de fermento de pão |
1/2 colher de sal
1/2 colher de açúcar
1 colher de azeite
1 ovo
Água morna
Misturar farinha, fermento, sal, açúcar,azeite, ovo. Aos poucos colocar a água. Vai amassando e sovando. Descansar 30min.
Com um rolo, estique a massa e coloque o recheio. Enrole a massa apertando bem. Faca uns cortes e pincele com gema. Polvilhe parmesão. Leve ao forno por 40 min.
