Pulite bene i funghi e tagliateli in pezzi abbastanza grossi.
Poneteli poi nell'olio caldo, aromatizzato con aglio, e fateli soffriggere.
Quando saranno pronti aggiungetevi del prezzemolo fresco tagliato finemente e con la salsa ottenuta conditevi le fettuccine ben scolate.
Servire caldo.
