| 1 tazza | besciamella |
| 25 g | burro |

Foderare una pirofila imburrata con la pasta e stendervi sopra il prosciutto, un po' rosolato nel burro e tagliato a listarelle.
Unire la besciamella mescolata al groviera grattugiato e ad un pizzico di noce moscata.
Infornare per circa 15 minuti.
