Tagliare il capretto a pezzi, metterlo in una teglia da forno, cospargerlo con abbondante olio, salare, pepare, unire il succo del limone, l'aglio e il rosmarino e far cuocere in forno a circa 190° rigirandolo 2-3 volte.
Nell'ultima mezz'ora aggiungere le patatine girandole per farle dorare.
