36 crushed hydrox or vanilla cookies with 2/3 cups melted butter. Pa into springform pan.

Fill with: 1/2 gallon slightly softened ice cream

Topping: 100 g 85% dark chocolate, 3/4 cup sugar, approx 400 g can of evaporated milk. Cook on low heat until thickened (be patient). Cool and spread over ice cream. Or 1 square unsweetened chocolate, 1 cup sugar and 1 can evaporated milk, continue as above.

I've substituted cream for the evaporated milk and it turned out nice.
