Creamy herb chicken fettuccine.

2 chicken breast fillets sliced | |
1 tsp | paprika |
1/2 tsp | cracked black peppercorns |
125 g | cream cheese |
1/6 cup | grated Parmesan |
1/2 cup | water |
1/2 tsp | chicken stock powder |
1 tsp | parsley flakes |
1 tsp | dried basil |
20 g | butter |
250 g | cooked fettuccine |
Combine chicken paprika and pepper in a bowl. Set aside for 20 mins.
Process cheeses, water, stock powder and herbs until smooth.
Melt butter in pan and fry chicken until well browned.
Add cheese mixture, boil and the simmer for 5 mins.
Serve with cooked pasta.
