Butternut Squash Pasta

8 oz | Sweet peppers |
1 lb | Fresh pasta |
3 | garlic cloves |
2 oz | fresh basil |
.5 oz | pine nuts |
2 oz | gorgonzola |

Drizzle halved butternut squash, peppers, garlic cloves with olive oil and roast at 400 for about 20 minutes. Mash up butternut squash and cover bowl of fresh pasta with squash. Garnish with roasted peppers, garlic, pine nuts, gorgonzola, and basil. Use salt and pepper to taste.
