French Onion Soup

2 can | beef bouillon soup |
5 medium | onions, sliced |
2 tablespoons | flour |
1 cup | dry white wine |
2 cups | water |
onion salt | |
1 tablespoons | oleo |
Swiss cheese | |
croutons |
Sauté onion in oleo for 20 minutes. Warm soup and water, add onion salt. Add flour to onions and add to the broth with the wine. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Ladle into crocks.
Bake at 350?F for 30 minutes. Add cheese and croutons on top for the final 10 minutes of baking.
