Fine Noodle Kugel

ΒΌ pound | butter |
1 8-ounce package | cream cheese |
1 package | sour cream |
1 8-ounce package | noodles, (fine), (I use 16 ounces) |
6 tablespoons | sugar |
2 teaspoons | vanilla |
3 or 4 | eggs |
lemon juice | |
1/2 | lemon rind |
Cream butter and sugar. Add cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon rind to creamed mixture; mix well. Cook noodles and add to other ingredients; stir.
Bake at 350?F 1 hour in 9x13-inch pan.
