      Cream
    1c  sugar
    1/2 lb  butter
Add 6 egg yolks (save the whites)
    6c  flour
Make well: 2 oz fresh yeast and 1 1/4c lukewarm milk Knead until smooth Divide into 8 pieces Let rise 2 hours Filling
    2 lbs  ground walnuts
    2c  sugar
    1 stick  butter
    6  egg whites

Beat egg whites until firm and fold into walnuts

Bake 350* 25-30 min
