Make well: 2 oz fresh yeast and 1 1/4c lukewarm milk Knead until smooth Divide into 8 pieces Let rise 2 hours Filling | |
2 lbs | ground walnuts |
2c | sugar |
1 stick | butter |
6 | egg whites |
Beat egg whites until firm and fold into walnuts
Bake 350* 25-30 min
