Preparare una frittata generosa di diametro ma sottile.
Lessare e schiacciare le patate, unire tonno sgocciolato, maionese, prezzemolo, sale e noce moscata. Stendere il composto sulla frittata e chiuderla formando un rotolo, avvolgerlo nella pellicola e lasciare riposare in frigo per una notte. Tagliare a fette non troppo sottili e buon appetito!
