Sugar cream rolled cookies

3/4c | sugar |
3/4c | unsalted butter |
1/2c | heavy cream |
2t | vanilla |
1/4t | salt |
3c | flour |
1. At high speed beat sugar and butter until fluffy.
2. Beat in cream and vanilla. In 2 batches best in salt and flour. Divide dough into 4 1/2 inch thick disks. Wrap in plastic and chill.
3. Preheat oven 350*
4. Roll 1/16" thick. Cut out. Bake 6-8 min until set. Cool on wire rack
