Ultimate Eggnog-set over night

| 1doz eggs- separated | |
| 3G | sugar divided |
| 1t | nutmeg |
| 1qt | half &half |
| 1 pint | rum |
| 1 pint | whipping cream |
Separate eggs and stir yolks with rum, 2c sugar and 1t nutmeg. Let mixture ripen 12-24 hrs. Just before serving add half&half to mixture. Beat egg whites, adding 1c sugar while beating until sugar is dissolved and whites are firm. In separate bowl whip cream. Fold egg whites and whipped cream into yolk mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg
