Egg and Sausage Casserole

1 pound | sausage |
1 pound | cheddar cheese, shredded |
12 | eggs |
4 cups | milk |
2 teaspoons | salt |
2 teaspoons | dry mustard |
12 slices | white bread, crusts only |
Preheat oven to 350
Brown Sausage. tear bread crusts into bite-sized pieces. Place sausage and bread into greased 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard. Pour over sausage and bread. Cover and allow to sit overnight in refrigerator. Top with cheese and blend into mixture. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered 45 minutes til firm.
