| 1/2 c | bread crumbs |
| 1/2 c | milk |
| 2 lbs | ground beef |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
| 1 medium | onion, chopped |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |
| 1 tbsp | worcestershire sauce |
Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add remaining ingredients, mix together, and shape into a loaf in a baking dish. Add 1/2 c water around the loaf in the dish. Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
