Double Chocolate Brownies

Brownies | |
3 | eggs |
¾ cup | sugar |
1 6-ounce package | semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted |
2 ounces | unsweetened chocolate, melted |
½ cup | butter, melted |
1 teaspoon | vanilla |
¾ cup | flour |
½ teaspoon | baking powder |
1 cup | walnuts, chopped |
½ cup | semi-sweet chocolate chips, (optional) |
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting | |
2/3 cup | semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted |
1/3 cup | butter, melted |
1 teaspoon | vanilla |
Brownies
Beat together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in melted chocolates, butter, and vanilla. Beat in flour and baking powder. Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips if desired. Spread evenly in a greased 10-inch springform pan.
Bake at 350?F for 32 minutes. Allow to cool. Spread with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting if desired.
Frosting
Mix together chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla.
Serves 10 to 12.
