Dilly Processor Bread

1 package | dry yeast |
¼ cup | warm water |
1 cup | warm cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons | powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon | butter, melted |
1 teaspoon | salt |
1 | egg at room temperature, unbeaten |
1 tablespoon | dill seed |
¼ teaspoon | baking soda |
¼ teaspoon | instant onion |
2½ cups | flour |
Combine yeast and warm water. Set aside. Put in processor cottage cheese, powdered sugar, butter, salt, egg, dill seed, baking soda, instant onion. Process 30 seconds. Add yeast mixture and gradually add flour, process after each addition. Cover processor with dish towel and let rise until doubled. Stir down with a brief spin. Put in 2 well greased loaf or 1 bundt pan. Let rise until doubled.
Bake at 350?F for 40 to 50 minutes.
