Deedee's Marianated Shrimp

    2 pounds  shrimp
    1  lemon, thinly sliced
    1  red onion, sliced thinly (regular onion will work)
    ½ cup  pitted black olives
    2 tablespoons  pimento, chopped
    ½ cup  lemon juice
    ¼ cup  oil
    1 tablespoon  wine vinegar
    1 clove  garlic, crushed
    1/2   bay leave, cut up
    1 tablespoon  dry mustard
    ¼ teaspoon  cayenne, (red) pepper
      salt and pepper to taste

Cook shrimp. Drain. Put in bowl. Add lemon and onion. Drain olives and pimento, toss together. In another bowl mix well lemon juice, oil, vinegar, spices and herbs. Pour over shrimp mixture. Stir together. Cover bowl. Let sit in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Best overnight. Stir once in a while.
