Pumpkin Cookies-Old Fashioned and Soft

2 1/2 cups | flour |
1 tsp | baking soda |
1 tsp | baking powder |
1 tsp | ground cinnamon |
1/2 tsp | nutmeg |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1 1/2 cup | sugar |
1/2 cup | butter, (1 stick), softened |
1 cup | Libby's Canned Pumpkin |
1 large | egg |
1 tsp | vanilla |
Glaze Heat oven to 350. Grease baking sheets Combine flour, baking soda, powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in medium bowl. Beat sugar and butter in larger mixing bowl until blended. Beat in pumpkin, egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking pans. Bake for 15-18 minutes. cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes. remove to wire racks to cool completely. Drizzle glaze over cookies. Glaze: | |
