Scrape Sierra fish meat off skin
In blender: mix 2 cups of fish, 1 t chicken bullion, 1 cup water, salt, pepper. After blending, throw away stringy parts and add to 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs and add small amount of onion, minced garlic, add seasoning & 1 egg.
Use batter to make 1" balls.
Soup:
Mix cilantro, water, onion, celery, tomatoes, and tomato paste.
Let soup cook for awhile and then add 1/4-1/2 cup rice.
Cook for awhile longer and then add fish balls (they cook for about 15 minutes)
