1PKG. (8 OZ.) | CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED |
1 ¼ CUPS (14 OZ. CAN) | SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK |
1 CUP (NOT A WHOLE CAN) | EVAPORATED MILK |
½ CUP | LIME JUICE, (~3 LIMES) |
1 TSP. | GRATED LIME PEEL |
DIRECTIONS: BEAT CREAM CHEESE UNTIL SMOOTH. GRADUALLY ADD CONDENSED MILK AND EVAPORATED MILK; BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD LIME JUICE AND PEEL; BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED FOR 1 MINUTE. POUR INTO CRUST; FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS. LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 10-15MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
