INGREDIENTS:
    1 8 inch  GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST
    1PKG. (8 OZ.)  CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
    1 ¼ CUPS (14 OZ. CAN)  SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    1 CUP (NOT A WHOLE CAN)  EVAPORATED MILK
    ½ CUP  LIME JUICE, (~3 LIMES)
    1 TSP.  GRATED LIME PEEL

DIRECTIONS: BEAT CREAM CHEESE UNTIL SMOOTH. GRADUALLY ADD CONDENSED MILK AND EVAPORATED MILK; BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD LIME JUICE AND PEEL; BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED FOR 1 MINUTE. POUR INTO CRUST; FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS. LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 10-15MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
