<IngredientText>Boil 2 cups water and pour over 2 cups nabisco bran buds - set aside</IngredientText>

<RecipeText>Cream together 2 cups sugar and 1 cup Crisco (or butter)
Add 1qt. Buttermilk and 4 eggs
Add 5 cups flour and 5 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. salt
Lastly, add 5 cups of bran flakes, then mix in the bran buds/ water mixture

Set oven on 400 degrees and bake muffins for 15 to 20 minutes (test top of muffins -should not be mushy if done)

Mixture keeps in refrigerator for 1 month
