Preparazione
Fate la fontana con 400 g di farina, sgusciate al centro 3 uova e aggiungete 2 cucchiai di nero di seppia (si trova in vendita in bustine in pescheria e nei supermercati). Incorporate il nero di seppia alle uova e impastate il tutto fino a ottenere una pasta liscia. Stendetela, tagliatela a rettangolini e pizzicateli al centro per simulare la forma di farfalle.
