The database has been very unstable lately. I apologize for that: it was heavily overloaded, resulting in frequent crashes and slow response time.
I have moved it now to a faster server and almost doubled the server capacity. I hope you will enjoy the faster response time.
There may still be some bugs resulting from the transfer. If you see anything unusual, please let me know at customerservice@rufenacht.com and I will fix the problem rapidly.
