Baked Veggie Treats
Nb persons: 3
| 1 c. | sweet potato, cooked and mashed |
| 1/4 c. | spinach, cooked and pureed |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 Tbsp | milk, or water |
| 1 c. | whole wheat bread crumbs, crushed |
Mix all ingredients together, except bread crumbs. Form mixture into balls. Roll balls in bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet. Bake until egg is thoroughly cooked.
