CRUST
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1/4 lb. butter
1 tbsp milk
FILLING
2-4 cups pears
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp flour
3/4 cup sugar
Crumble dry ing. and butter together. Add 1 egg and 1 tbsp milk. Press down crust. Cut pears on top. Mix together 1 egg, sour cream, 1 1/2 tsp. flour and sugar. Pour over pears. On top, crumble brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and bit of flour. Bake at 400 for 45 min. Double recipe makes 3 tin pie plates
