|2 packages||frozen broccoli, cooked or equivalent in fresh broccoli, cooked|
|3||whole chicken breasts, cut into chunks|
|2 cups||chicken broth|
|3 tablespoon||cooking sherry|
|½ teaspoon||Lawry seasoning|
|¼ teaspoon||dry mustard|
|½ cup||Parmesan cheese, grated|
Sauce: Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour. Add chicken broth, cream sherry, Lawrup seasoning, dry mustard, and Parmesan cheese. Heat through.
Place broccoli in a baking dish. Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli. Add chicken and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350?F for 30 minutes until browned and bubbly.
*Can be made 1 or 2 days in advance. If made ahead, prolong baking time.
