Chicken Divan

2 packages | frozen broccoli, cooked or equivalent in fresh broccoli, cooked |
3 | whole chicken breasts, cut into chunks |
¼ cup | butter |
6 tablespoon | flour |
2 cups | chicken broth |
½ cup | cream |
3 tablespoon | cooking sherry |
½ teaspoon | Lawry seasoning |
¼ teaspoon | dry mustard |
½ cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Sauce: Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour. Add chicken broth, cream sherry, Lawrup seasoning, dry mustard, and Parmesan cheese. Heat through.
Place broccoli in a baking dish. Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli. Add chicken and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350?F for 30 minutes until browned and bubbly.
*Can be made 1 or 2 days in advance. If made ahead, prolong baking time.
