Chicken Breasts in Sour Cream

4 | chicken breasts, split and boned |
2 cups | sour cream |
¼ cup | lemon juice |
4 teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce |
3-4 teaspoons | garlic salt |
½ teaspoon | paprika |
½ teaspoon | pepper |
¼ pound | butter or margarine |
plain bread crumbs |
Wash chicken, pat dry. Combine sour cream, lemon juice and seasonings. Roll chicken in sour cream mixture, place in bowl. Top with remaining sour cream mixture, cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove chicken, taking up as much sour cream as possible. Roll in bread crumbs to coat well. Place in baking dish and pour half the melted butter/margarine over the chicken.
Bake at 350?F for 45 minutes. Pour remaining butter/margarine over chicken and bake for 15 more minutes.
Serves 8.
