Cheese Ball

1 8-ounce package | cream cheese, room temperature |
1 3-ounce package | cream cheese, room temperature |
2 jars | Old English cheese, (Bordon's) |
1 jar | Roka cheese, (Bordon's) |
2 ounces | sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded |
½ teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
dash | garlic salt |
dash | onion salt |
chopped nuts | |
crackers |
Mix all the ingredients except the nuts until very smooth. Roll size balls desired into chopped nuts. Makes 2 large balls or 4 small. Can be frozen and used as needed. Serve with assorted fancy crackers like Triscuits, etc., or small sliced rye bread.
