Santa fe Spinach Dip

INGREDIENTS: | |
1 cup | half and half |
1 cup | Monterey jack cheese |
8 ounces | cream cheese |
4 ounces | green chili peppers |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 | jalapeno pepper, chopped |
1 package (10 ounce size) | frozen spinach, defrosted, drained, squeezed of excess liquid |
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients. Cook at 400 degrees F for 1/2 hour in serving dish.
Serve with tortillas.
