INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup  half and half
    1 cup  Monterey jack cheese
    8 ounces  cream cheese
    4 ounces  green chili peppers
    1  onion, chopped
    1  jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1 package (10 ounce size)  frozen spinach, defrosted, drained, squeezed of excess liquid

PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients. Cook at 400 degrees F for 1/2 hour in serving dish.

Serve with tortillas.
