Cassiteddi Mrs. Mazzola's St. Joseph Cookies

| 1 cup | honey |
| 3 tablespoons | Italian cinnamon |
| ¾ cup | sugar |
| 1½ pounds | chocolate |
| Dough | |
| 4 pounds | flour |
| 1½ pounds | spry |
| vanilla | |
| cold water | |
| egg whites | |
Cook ceci beans and pass them through a sieve. Mix together with other filling ingredients.
Make dough. Use egg whites to seal dough around filling. Avoid air pockets. Fry.
