2 cups | red lentils |
4 cups | water |

2 | mangos, diced |
2 tbsp | cumin |
1 1/2 tbsp | paprika |
1 tbsp | nut meg |
1 tbsp | cardamom |
2 tbsp | salt |
1 large | onion, diced |
1 bulb | garlic, minced |
6 tbsp | ginger, grated |
1 | jalipeno |
1 cup | rice milk |
bring water to a boil in a 2 quart pot
add lentils and keep between a simmer and boil untill the water has evaporated
and the lentils are barely being coverd
while thoughs are cooking
in a medium sauce pan, saute the onions untill clear
